Be active and healthy in your Florida State Parks.
Join us for a walk of approximately 3 miles on the La Chua Trail.
Meet us in the La Chua Trail parking lot.
We will walk at a pace that suits the group, but you're welcome to move at your own pace if you'd like to walk independently. If you're not up for the full distance, there are a few benches along the way, and you're welcome to sit and wait, or turn around whenever you are ready. Join us and do what you can, and enjoy the beautiful prairie on a winter evening.
Check the weather and dress accordingly. Bring a water bottle - there is a water fountain near the parking lot, but not anywhere else along the walk. Wear your fitness shoes/clothing and be ready to be active!
